The Passport Chatbot is a limited test on Ca-ciconline.com with Passport Services for Canadian citizens, to answer general enquiries only about domestic passport services. Participation in this test is entirely voluntary and the Government of Canada accepts no liability for its use. By using the Passport Chatbot, you agree to participate in the test.

Any information submitted through the Passport Chatbot is the sole responsibility of the person from whom the information originated. The information that you provide in the chat window may be used for the sole purpose of improving services and performance of this tool. In the text of your response, please do not include any personal information about yourself or anyone else; this includes name, address, email or any other information by which you or anyone else can be identified by your comments or views. Any personal information entered in the Chatbot window will be purged using pattern recognition to automatically replace that information with gibberish. In addition, contents of chat sessions are manually reviewed for personal information and purged to make sure no personal information entered by you gets stored.

Your participation is voluntary. However should you choose not to use the chat window it will not affect your relationship with Employment and Social Development Canada.
