Note that schedules may vary according to the activity.
Where applicable, the activity schedule is indicated in the calendar of events.
Fees
Access to Winterlude sites is free. Many events are free of charge while others have a fee. Events that have a fee will contain the text Paid event before the event's title on the calendar of events.
Universal accessibility
Services to ensure universal accessibility are offered by the National Capital Commission (NCC) along the Rideau Canal Skateway, including ramps to access the Skateway and accessible portable toilets.
A limited number of accessible paid parking spaces are available for persons with disabilities at these locations:
- National Arts Centre (NAC)
- Ottawa City Hall
- Colonel By parking near Bronson Avenue

Paid parking
During Winterlude you can park at these locations:
- Queen Elizabeth Drive on Bronson Avenue (temporary parking)
- Dows Lake (corner of Preston Street and Prince of Wales Drive)
- National Arts Centre (NAC)
- Rideau Centre
- World Exchange Plaza
- Ottawa City Hall and other parking lots operated by the City of Ottawa

Lost children
Lost children services are available at these locations:
- northern part of Jacques-Cartier Park (during park hours)
- 71 Sparks Street, between Elgin Street and Metcalfe Street (depending on programming)
- Rideau Canal Skateway
Lost and found
Lost and found boxes are kept at Winterlude information kiosks at the following locations:
- Snowflake Kingdom — northern part of Jacques-Cartier Park
- Sparks Street — between Metcalfe Street and O’Connor Street
- Rideau Canal Skateway — inside the rest area on Fifth Avenue
