How to submit your complaint

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service you received from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), there are steps you can follow to resolve your complaint. Answer the questions below so we can direct you on how to address your issue(s).

    Have you tried to resolve your complaint with a CRA employee or their supervisor?

      Have you submitted your complaint to CRA Service Feedback?

      • Yes

        Has CRA Service Feedback finished its review?

        • Yes
        • No

          We will only examine a service complaint after CRA Service Feedback has finished its review, unless it is causing undue hardship.

          To follow up on a complaint already submitted to the CRA please call the CRA employee reviewing your service feedback, or contact the CRA. Contact centre agents can follow up on your existing complaint.
