Public Service Commission (PSC) – Priority Entitlements Consultants
In addition to the support provided by your home organization, a PSC Priority Entitlements Consultant has been assigned to you. Whether you have questions about your priority entitlement, the use of the Priority Portal, the feedback process, or anything else, you can get in touch with your Priority Entitlements Consultant for support.

Organizations
Priority Program Liaisons
Within your organization, the Priority Program Liaison:
- Participates in the Priority Entitlements Program community of practice;
- Actively participates in and engages others to resolve any issues related to persons with a priority entitlement; and
- Is the main resource for your organization's HR advisors and the first point of contact for the Public Service Commission (PSC) on Priority Entitlements.

Super Users
Within your organization, the Super User:
- Is the expert on the use of the Priority Information Management System (PIMS);
- Disseminates information such as system enhancements and ensures these are effectively understood;
- Provides training to other staff on the use of PIMS; and
- Is the main resource for your organization's HR advisors and the first point of contact for the PSC on the use of PIMS.
