Message from the Vice-Chairperson
I am proud to introduce the Military Grievances External Review Committee’s (Committee) first accessibility plan.
This three-year plan lays out our priority areas and the steps we will take to remove and prevent barriers in our workplace. It is the result of wide-reaching internal consultations and the work of a group of volunteers who self-identified as persons with disabilities within the Committee.
Collectively, we will work together to create a respectful and inclusive workplace culture, where everyone is empowered and supported to achieve their full potential. The Committee is proud to contribute to Canada’s goal of becoming the most accessible and inclusive public service in the world.
I want to thank all those who contributed to this thorough and thoughtful plan.
