- find out if our services met your expectations
- improve our services to better meet your needs
Your participation in surveys is voluntary. Your responses will be kept confidential.
What you tell us in these surveys won’t affect any past, current or future applications.
We will not ask for
- money
- your financial information, like your bank account or credit card details
- personal information, such as your date of birth, passwords or passport number
