- Who can apply:
- Eligible organizations. Projects must be 4 to 5 year collective impact initiatives.
- What this program offers:
- The pan-Canadian stream of the New Horizons for Seniors Program (NHSP) funds collective impact initiatives across Canada to increase the social inclusion of vulnerable seniors.

We will hold information sessions to give an overview of this application process. You can take part online or by teleconference.
