• submit all required supporting documents for the Apprenticeship Incentive Grant for Women
• apply for an Apprenticeship Incentive Grant and submit all required supporting documents
• apply for an Apprenticeship Completion Grant and submit all required supporting documents

By phone

You can complete the following tasks by calling:

• get general information on apprenticeship grants
• get technical assistance for applying online
• get information on the status of your request or if any supporting documents are missing and the expected time to receive a response
• get information on when you can expect to receive payments
• get a paper application for the Apprenticeship Incentive Grant or Apprenticeship Completion Grant

If you are already an applicant or part of the apprenticeship program, you will need your Social Insurance Number to be identified.

You can complete the following tasks by mail:

• submit supporting documents within 28 days of completing the online application for an:
  • Apprenticeship Incentive Grant
  • Apprenticeship Incentive Grant for Women, or
  • Apprenticeship Completion Grant
• submit a completed paper application and all required supporting documents for an:
  • Apprenticeship Incentive Grant, or
  • Apprenticeship Completion Grant

In person

• get a paper application
• submit supporting documents
• get general information about apprenticeship grants
